HOT SMOKED KAHAWAI

All orders are dispatched from Matakana Smokehouse on Thursday for Friday delivery. We can send same day to Auckland, otherwise all orders are overnight.

We batch smoke once a week, so if you would like to receive guaranteed Matakana Smokehouse Salmon by Friday on the same week, please place your order by 5pm Monday. Any orders past this cut off aren't guaranteed for the same week.

Shipping costs will be calculated at the cart.

To ensure freshness, we vacuum pack all our products once smoked and your order will be sent to you in a sealed, insulated box with ice packs to ensure the product stays cold on its way to you.

Keep refrigerated between 0-5 degrees celsius and consume within 3 days of opening the pack. Do not consume after use by date.

We only sell sustainably caught seafood whether that be our Akaroa Salmon that is sustainably farmed and antibiotic free or our line caught Lee Fish from New Zealand waters.

We are passionate about our ocean and kaimoana and will always ensure transparency about where our product comes from.
