We are now moving towards selling directly from the Smokehouse to you. If we have what you like in stock it will be sent out to you at the soonest possible time or you tell us what you would like and we will make it fresh to your specifications.  So here are a few things to keep in mind when ordering. 

All our smoked salmon is made to order and we never freeze anything. We always prepare the smoked goodies the beginning of the week,  so everything is ready to sell at our Saturday market in Matakana or for our loyal restaurants and stockists. If we have your preferred flavour in stock we will send it on either a Thursday or Friday depending on if it is local or further a field. If you have a specific sized portion or flavour it is best to contact us early in the week, then we can almost 100% guarantee you will have it by Friday, ready for your get together or date night. 


If we don't have the product in stock, we will begin curing and smoking another batch ready for delivery the following Friday.
